MomentArt is designed to stay quiet and simple. These answers cover the few things that may need attention.
Browsing and accounts
Do I need an account?
No. Browse artworks and public exhibitions without one. Sign in only to save, sync private collections, or use a Pass.
Which sign-in should I use?
Use the same Apple or Google method you originally chose. MomentArt does not offer manual linking, merging, or data transfers between sign-in methods.
Pass and billing
My Pass is not showing
Confirm that both your store account and MomentArt sign-in method are the ones used for purchase. Open the Pass page and choose Restore purchases. If it remains unavailable, contact us with the sign-in method and purchase platform—never send a password.
How do I cancel?
Manage the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting MomentArt does not cancel store billing.
Images and offline viewing
An artwork image does not load
Check the connection and retry. Private image links expire automatically, so reopen the artwork if the app has been in the background for a long time.
What does offline save?
Pass holders can explicitly save available display images and a small artwork snapshot on the current device.
Account deletion
In the app: Collection → Settings → Delete MomentArt account. If you cannot access the app, use the web deletion page.
