Momentscape is designed to work quietly and offline. These answers cover the few things that may need attention.

Momentscape is available for Android on Google Play and for Windows on the Microsoft Store. iOS and Mac versions are not yet released.
Scenes and sound
A scene or sound does not begin
Pause and resume playback, then check the master volume, each sound slider, and your device volume. Check which speaker or headphones are selected; on Windows, also check the app’s volume in the system Volume mixer. If the problem continues, restart the app.
Can I reduce visual movement?
Yes. Open View and choose Still to keep the scene on screen without motion, or Audio only to replace the scene with a dark background while sound continues. Audio only does not turn off your device’s screen.
Does playback require the internet?
No. Once installation is complete, the included scenes and sounds play offline. Downloading or updating the app, loading store prices, purchasing Pro, and restoring a purchase need an internet connection.
Momentscape Pro
What does Pro unlock?
One purchase unlocks all current and future scenes. Sound mixing, display controls, favorites, and the sleep timer are also available with the free scenes.
A purchase did not unlock Pro
Open Settings, choose Momentscape Pro, then use Restore purchase. On Android, sign in to Google Play with the Google account used for the purchase; on Windows, use the original Microsoft Store account. Purchases are restored through the store where they were made.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Momentscape Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Google Play or Microsoft Store shows the local price before you confirm.
